Still after this we agreed to a point that they will transfer me to another VPS but making sure that openvpn is running or else they wont transfer. so they did the transfer without knowing that openvpn would run. so then they email me sorry they can't support tun/tap there then without asking me they transfered me back to the same old vps without prior to informing me. so with all of this i was puzzled and frustrated that i wasted my whole day with this . then they ask me to pay 40 $ for admin work which was not even more then 20 minutes job. just becasue i raised my hand that i need my refund back so they started to jump on me and telling me that they wont refund but they need 40 $? common man how could you ask a customer which is not his mistakes? even if you say free managed support , you think that i wasted your admins time by not reaing a TOS? i know about bandwidth but them you given me permission to use rtorrent/rutorrent and also about limiting. but my question to you is that you will ask customer 40 $ still ? when i paid you 35 $ for 5 months for the offer. since you were going on top of me i said alright dont pay me for jan but rest of the month, they refund me the money 26 $ which was positive part.
So this is my first review with lvpshosting.com but still i was not satisfied the way they ask me to pay 40 $ ..
i recommend them only if you are wanting for self managed , if you do managed support you will have issues some time later.
i dont say they cannot sort any issue they can but due to my opinion just do self managed .

Lvpshosting , you shuld be kind and polite to customers like me , when you said about i am using 30 days more , i just said you that you lied to me about the 30 days more whereas it was only 28 . then you came on top of me saying that my vps will be terminated for saying your staff liers? how come you take it as negative remarks? it was not my intention.
you shuld not say to terminate becasue that shows that how unprofessional you are by saying that. please learn to forget and forgive .
